FALL PROGRAMS REGISTRATION

 

 

Bowling -Ages 4 & up—COED—Divisions—Bumpers, Bantams, Juniors & Seniors. Bowling will be held Saturday mornings. Includes: Free shoes, bowling shirt, seasonal parties and trophy / medals. Fee $35. + Weekly bowling fees.

 

Karate - Ages 7—18 yrs.—COED—Learn the art of self-defense and discipline While having fun! Classes held on Monday and Wednesday evenings at Memorial Education Center starting in October. Session Info: Beginners 5PM, Intermediate 6PM & Advanced 7PM. Fee $50.00 initial + $80.00 every three months.

 

Twirling - Ages 5 thru 18 yrs.—COED, Students will learn all aspects of competitive world Class baton twirling. Registered instructors who are also a lot of fun! Levittown PAL Twirlers, are currently ESTA & Star Power Grand Champions and will be competing regionally and nationally again this year as well as hosting local recitals. Classes for new students will be held on Tuesdays 6:15 PM or 7:15 PM. One baton and T-shirt included. Fee - $50.00 initial + $80.00 every three months.

 

 

Tennis - Grades 2 thru 10 - COED, Lessons on modern indoor tennis courts with professional tennis instruction. Classes at Sportime,101 Norcross Ave., Bethpage (933-8500). 10 registrants to one instructor per one-hour class. These are considered beginner classes although everyone is welcome to join. Classes on Sunday evenings at 6PM. Program runs for eight weeks. Age groups 7, 8 & 9 and the other 10 and older. Fee - TBD

 

Travel Baseball - Age 13 / 14 year old Travel / Tournament Baseball Team Try-outs . Players must be 14 year old prior to May 1st, 2012. All player candidates must bring their own equipment (bat, glove, cleats, helmet, cup, catcher's gear) The season will begin in January 2012 with a 10 week indoor training program and include the following: Spring preseason games; minimum of two summer tournaments and summer play in The National Junior Baseball League. There is no fee to try-out. Once the team is established, the fee will be determined.

 

  Horseback Riding- (Grades 1 and Up) Come join our exciting instructional riding program which will be a first come first served registration basis and include the fun-damentals of Riding, Tacking and Horsemanship. The Program will be held at the Indian Head Ranch-Jericho Tpke., Huntington and will consist of 6 – ½ hour, once weekly sessions to be available both on selected weekday afternoons and weekends. Four registrants per class. Program runs October and November. Fee $185.00

    Basketball - COED - Grades K thru 12, season December thru March evenings one to two nights per week, Monday - Friday. Fee K-3 $80. / 4-12 $100.

WINTER PROGRAM REGISTRATION

 

 

 

Lacrosse - Boys & Girls Indoor - K thru 8th grade - Come join our no contact, indoor winter Tomahawk Lacrosse program. Held on Saturdays, (5 - 1.5 hour sessions) at Memorial Education Center. The program starts in early January and runs into February. A great opportunity for a child to experience the sport for the first time or for seasoned players to warm up for our Spring Travel Program. T-Shirts included. Registration Fee - Boys $50.00 / Girls $60.00

 

 

 

Horseback Riding– (Grades 1 and Up) Come join our exciting instructional riding program which will be a first come first served registration basis and include the fun-damentals of Riding, Tacking and Horsemanship. The Program will be held at the Indian Head Ranch-Jericho Tpke., Huntington and will consist of 6 – ½ hour, once weekly sessions to be available both on selected weekday afternoons and weekends. Four registrants per class. Program runs October and November. Registration Fee $185.00

WINTER / SPRING PROGRAM REGISTRATION

 

 

 

 

Lacrosse Boy Tomahawks Register for our exciting boys Lacrosse Program. (First Come Basis). A full game uniform (Shorts & Jersey) is provided to each participant. Parents are encouraged to act as assistant coaches or team administrators.

Spring Travel League - Grades 2nd thru 6th - Practice will begin March 1st. Starting in April games will be played on Sundays and end in June. This is a travel league, although travel is limited to Long Island and rarely takes more than 30 minutes to reach a location. Please bring a copy of your child’s Birth Certificate for us to keep on file. Fees-Grade 2-$75.00 / Grades 3 to 6-$130.00

Boys Lacrosse Clinic – Grades K to 1 - We are offering a boys clinic starting in April and ending in June to teach basic lacrosse fundamentals. Practice will be held one or two evenings per week and loaner equipment will be available. (deposit required) Participants must provide their own stick and protective cup. T-Shirt included.

Fees -Grades K-1 $50.00

Lacrosse Lady Tomahawks Spring Travel League Grades 3rd thru 6th - Practice will be held two evenings per week starting in March. Starting in April games will be played on Saturdays or Sundays. This is a travel league. Players must supply their own stick. Please bring a copy of your child’s Birth Certificate for us to keep on file. Fee $130.00

2012 SPRING REGISTRATION 4

 

 

 

Archery (Grades 3 thru 12) – COED, First come first served. Join us and learn the

fun-damentals of archery from our trained safety course instructors. Equipment will be provided.

Trophies, end of season tournament and shirts included. Starting in late March or early April.

Program runs approximately 8 weeks depending on school availability at Memorial Education Center. Fee $90.00

 

 

 

 

 

Track (Grades K thru 10) – COED, Come run and have some fun!! Starting at the end of March, practice will generally be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from approx. 5:15 to 6:30 PM at the Division Avenue High School. Then beginning at the end of April we begin friendly competition with other NCPAL Units on Saturday mornings. Events include dashes, runs,

relays and field events. Season runs through June. Shirt and shorts included. Fee $50.00
